3.- ORDERS

4.- THE PRICE AND PAYMENT METHODS

4.1 BY CREDIT CARD

4.3 BY BANK TRANSFER

The order for all purposes will not be considered effective until the amount and proof of payment have been received, and it cannot be attended to until that moment.
In the event that the payment method chosen by the customer is bank transfer, if the payment has not been made within 7 days in the account indicated, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer will be notified of such cancellation.
4.4 THROUGH BIZUM
The User can make payments with their Bizum account without having to provide their debit/credit card details or their current account. To make the payment, enter the telephone number you have associated with the service and the password for BIZUM online purchases. (If you don't already have that password, contact your bank.) The Bizum code is a 4-digit code. If you can't get the key, it means that your bank doesn't yet offer this payment option in stores with Bizum.

4.5 GUARANTEES ON PAYMENT FOR AN ORDER

4.6 INTEREST ON ARREARS
In the event of late payment of the applicable price, expenses and taxes, the Client shall be obliged to pay ZONAINDOOR.COM default interest equivalent to 4% per month on the amount due, calculated from the date on which the payment obligation under the corresponding invoice became due until the date on which it is fully satisfied.
4.7 DELAY IN CASH ON DELIVERY
In the event of not accepting the shipment of your Purchase Order 24 hours after the first attempt to deliver it to your home by the transport service, ZONAINDOOR.COM reserved the ownership of the product, as well as the charge of 2 euro/day as a deposit of the goods, counted from 36 hours after the first delivery attempt. 5.- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT
5.1. DELIVERY TIME
The usual delivery time for products IN STOCK will be between TWO and THREE working days, from the moment the full price, expenses and applicable taxes are effectively collected. In the event that the product has to be requested from suppliers, the delivery period mentioned above will be understood from the moment of receipt of the goods in the warehouses of ZONAINDOOR.COM, delivery may be delayed for a period of between 2 and 15 days. The product information shows an estimated availability that in no case entails a contractual commitment with the customer regarding the shipping time. 5.2. SHIPPING ZONES AND CONFIRMED PURCHASE ORDER
ZONAINDOOR.COM delivers your products in Spain (including the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). An order is understood to be confirmed when you receive the confirmation of payment and the necessary documentation in the case of cash on delivery orders, the confirmation of the bank transfer in the case of payment by transfer and the confirmation of the payment of the money by our bank in card payments.
- Shipments to Latin America:
Argentina and Chile are currently available. The shipping cost is 30€, taxes included.

- Shipments to the European Union:

5.3. SHIPPING COSTS

5.4. NO COLLECTION OF SHIPMENT

5.5. OTHER CASES
Delivery is made by making the Product available by ZONAINDOOR.COM or by a third party on behalf of the company at the address indicated by the Customer in the Purchase Order. The Customer shall bear all risks of deterioration, impairment, damage and loss of the Products from the time the Products have been made available to him in accordance with this clause.
6. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERY
