Shipping the package
All our orders are shipped via Correos Express. So the shipment normally takes between 24-48 hours to be delivered once the payment is made.
You should keep in mind that shipping forecasts will vary if you live outside the Iberian Peninsula, with the following locations being affected:
- Balearic Islands
- Ceuta and Melilla
- Canary Islands
For these locations, it can take more than 48 hours for shipments to reach their destination.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as postage charges. Handling charges have a fixed price, while shipping charges may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We are unable to combine two different orders, and shipping charges will apply for each individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.
The shipping cost is generally 8 euros and may vary depending on the size of the package, and may be FREE for orders over certain amounts (49.99€) and depending on the destination of the order. In the purchase process, the final amounts of these costs will be indicated, and the customer must accept them as a step prior to the completion of the purchase process.
Similarly, orders with a value equal to €50 or more will not be subject to shipping costs within the Iberian Peninsula.
In the event that an order that has already been paid for is made available to the customer and the customer is not picked up, Zona Indoor will try to locate the customer and facilitate its delivery as much as possible. If the order is still not picked up within 7 days, the customer will be responsible for paying the storage amount charged by the carrier for this service.
If the order has not been delivered within 15 days, it will be made available to ZONAINDOOR.COM again, with the customer being responsible for paying the shipping costs and managing a return.
Article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, 1996, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, confers on the Customer the right to revoke the requested order within a period of FOURTEEN calendar DAYS from receipt of the same after notifying our company. Communication must be made by telephone (984 29 69 60) or e-mail (email@example.com)
Once THE CUSTOMER informs us of his/her wish to proceed with the return, we will confirm the receipt of his/her message. Without this confirmation, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to its origin. After our confirmation, you must send us the goods you wish to return in the original packaging and with all their original contents, including accessories, warranties and manuals. Once we receive the goods, we will check that all the aforementioned requirements are met and if so, we will proceed to refund the amount of the products in your order (in no case the amount paid for shipping or transport of the same). The method of payment for the return will be: Bank transfer if the order was paid by bank transfer and credit to your card if it was paid by your corresponding payment method.
Responsibility for Delivery
It will be released from the fulfillment of its delivery obligations provided for in this document and declines all responsibility in this regard in the following cases: Total or partial non-payment by the Client accompanying the Purchase Order, Omission or inaccuracy of the information that the Client must provide in the Purchase Order when placing the order.
